Summer Fun

16 weeks...cannot believe the boys have been here this long!  Can't remember what it was like not to have three little ones and certainly don't remember what quiet is!  The boys are growing so fast and we are growing more in love with them every day.

Miranda is an excellent big sister!  She loves here "little darlings" and is a big help to Mommy and Daddy.

She's been busy with T-ball (yes, in a skirt!), summer camp and swimming.  She gets more blond every day!

The boys are almost four months old...time is just flying by!  Day to day life is exhausting, but it's amazing watching these little boys grow together.  Gabriel is usually "Gabers" or "Gabriel Johnners"  and Julian is know as "Jules" to his inner circle.

It's a boy...and his brother!

Our little ones decided to make an early debut on April 1st, making mommy less uncomfortable for sure!

Baby Gabriel looks just like daddy.  He has a longer face and lighter skin and is already a quiet observer.  He will stare around, wide-eyed and takes things in.  Baby Julian looks just like papa.  He has a very round face and a darker complexion.  He looks like he might be a bruiser!

Big sister Miranda could not be more excited.  She is still getting used to "brother and brother" instead of "brother and sister."  But she adores babies "Gavriel and Jewian."  She gave Gabriel a monkey guy and Julian a panda guy.  And the boys bought a present for big sister - her own camera to take lots of cute pictures!

We are so blessed that all went well and the babies didn't need much extra care, considering they came five weeks early.  We look forward to having these much-loved boys in our lives and cannot wait to watch them grow and learn.  Welcome, Gabriel and Julian!  Mommy, daddy and big sister Miranda love you so much!

Happy Birthday, Baby Groundhog!

Wow...how quickly three years has gone by!  Can't believe our baby is so big!  After the big party last weekend, she had school on her actual birthday, which for her was present enough (guess we didn't have to spend the money on that bike!)  Then a fun afternoon with mommy and daddy at Chuck E. Cheese, followed by cake later that night with family.  She had so much fun, as did we watching her take it all in.  Happy birthday little bean!  We love you!

(Not quite) walkin' in a winter wonderland...

Though we have not had snow, we definitely enjoyed the Winter Wonderfest!  Miranda went ice skating for the first time and didn't want to get off the ice!



Santa did bring her what she has been asking for since September...a pink Minnie Mouse dress!  And she is still talking about seeing the "Santa with the sunglasses"...We enjoyed a great holiday season...hope everyone enjoyed theirs as well!
